Year two and beyond, the sprint is done. You are paying VA wages plus the optional retainer if you want it. The methodology compounds for the lifetime of the business.

Solo operators, small businesses, and anyone whose budget is below the Foundation tier ($1,500 per month) but who still wants the Savvy methodology executed in their business. If you have a VA already, or you are willing to hire one, this is the lowest-cost path into our playbook.
Foundation puts our team on your account. VA Training puts your VA on our playbook. Foundation is a managed service. VA Training is a one-time sprint that hands you the methodology, the tools, and a trained VA. You take it from there, with an optional monthly QA retainer if you want our eyes staying on the work.
No. You hire your VA through your preferred channel (Upwork, OnlineJobs, a local hire, a referral). We train whoever you bring. We can recommend filters for hiring, but we do not place VAs.
It happens. We rerun a condensed three-week training for your next VA at $2,500 instead of $5,000, because the playbook is already documented for your business. Most clients see one VA transition in the first 18 months.
Not required. The sprint is designed so your VA can run independently after week 4. The retainer exists for clients who want the methodology to stay current as platforms and AI search evolve, and who want a senior strategist to escalate to when something unusual comes up. Roughly half of sprint clients add the retainer.
A VA on Upwork executes whatever you tell them to. Without training on a real methodology, they default to generic posting, generic content, generic engagement. This sprint gives them the actual playbook we use with our retainer clients. The work compounds instead of disappearing.
