Premium clients can opt into the Broker Authority Engine, our productized real estate marketing SKU launching this quarter.

What this is not

We are not competing with the $29 Wix seller or the $450 SMM. Different category of service.

If you need a template website that you maintain yourself, a $29 per month Wix subscription is the right answer. We are not it.

If your budget is below Foundation and you still want the methodology, look at our VA Training Program. We train your VA on the Savvy playbook so the work actually works.

Foundation, Authority, and Premium are full-service marketing engagements with strategy, infrastructure, and accountability for outcomes. The price is the price because the work is the work.

Coming this quarter

The Broker Authority Engine. Productized real estate marketing.

A productized SKU for brokerages and team leads who want the Premium tier outcome without the fully custom build. AEO infrastructure, content engine, podcast architecture, and the agent factory, packaged.

Founding rate $2,500 per month for the first cohort. Limited to ten brokerages.

FAQ

Why these prices?

Because these are the rates required to do the work properly. Foundation pays for a dedicated specialist plus tools plus the time it takes to run a real content calendar. Authority pays for a strategist with growth responsibility. Premium pays for fractional CMO leadership, custom production, and the infrastructure that compounds. Lower price points exist in the market. They buy lower outcomes.

Why is Premium so much higher than Authority?

Premium is not a content service with extras. It is a fractional Chief Marketing Officer engagement with custom production, podcast operations, full AEO infrastructure, and an AI agent factory built around your business. The deliverables, the cadence, and the strategic depth are categorically different. Most Premium engagements include a productized output (like the Broker Authority Engine) that becomes a defensible asset for the client.

What is the difference between Foundation and Authority?

Foundation maintains a healthy marketing presence. Authority builds a growth engine on top of it. Foundation gives you steady posts, a clean site, and a monthly strategy session. Authority adds weekly long-form content, email marketing, ad coordination, and quarterly campaign sprints designed to drive attributable revenue.

Can I start at Foundation and upgrade later?

Yes. Many clients begin at Foundation and move to Authority within six months once the baseline is stable. Upgrading is a 30-day notice with a credit applied for the onboarding delta.

Do you take clients below the Foundation tier?

Not on a marketing retainer. If your budget is below Foundation but you still want the Savvy methodology, look at our VA Training Program. We train your VA on our playbook so the work actually works.

Do you charge for ad spend?

No. Clients pay ad spend directly through their own ad accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Our fee covers strategy, creative, audience targeting, and optimization.

Do you do project work outside these tiers?

Selectively. One-off engagements (a single website rebuild, a brand sprint, a launch campaign) are quoted as scoped projects. Recurring marketing work always sits inside a monthly tier.

What is the contract length?

Three months minimum on Foundation and Authority so the work has time to compound. Six months on Premium so the infrastructure can be built properly. Month-to-month after the initial term.
